Bioclass HM OD

This boiler is designed to be installed outdoors. Great care has been taken in its design regarding the quality of the casing materials as well as the leak tightness of these elements, for them to be able to support harsh weather conditions.

An electronic control is included in the equipment with the option of connecting a remote control. The different operating parameters can be modified with this remote control.

Saving
The BioClass HM OD boiler manages to considerably reduce fuel consumption on lowering the temperature of the combustion gases, achieving performances of up to 95%.

Automatic cleaning system
The cleaning of this boiler is totally automatic. It has a set of turbulators which, apart from retaining the passage of fumes, in order to improve performance, are responsible for cleaning remains of ash in the fumes outlet.
These turbulators are attached to a motor shaft by means of a systems of cams that periodically cause a vertical movement, thus cleaning the fume outlets.
The burner has an automatic ash cleaning system. The lower part of the burner combustion has a cleaning system that is periodically responsible for sending the ash generated in the combustion, to the ash pan. The cleaning is also carried out with the burner operating, meaning it does not affect the comfort of the installation, thus reducing the boiler consumption.

Hotstream System
The BioClass HM+DR 10, 16, 25 and 43 boilers have an innovative return preheating system. The HotStream system avoids complicated mix systems to avoid condensations that might occur due to the effect of cold returns of the installation. This pre-heating system admits direct returns to the boiler of up to 25º, which permits making direct installations, with any type of hydraulic configuration of the installation.
